How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time
10-20 working days
During promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer than your usual delivery time. Working days refer to all days except Sundays, public holidays and days when tropical cyclone warning signals are in effect.
In addition, please note that we are unable to provide scheduled delivery services. No changes to the delivery address will be accepted after the order is confirmed.

Bad weather
During promotional periods, delivery may take longer than expected
The delivery address provided is wrong or incomplete
If one or more items in your order are out of stock, our customer service team will contact you and process your order cancellation and refund.
How much does delivery cost?
We currently provide free delivery for all orders.
If we are unable to contact you after two consecutive delivery attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded to your account.
How can I check the status of my order or delivery?

Why can’t my order be shipped?
There may be several reasons why we can’t ship your order. Here are some possible reasons:
The item you ordered is out of stock.
You live in a remote area and we can’t ship to that area.
The shipping address you specified is a PO Box. Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO Boxes.
There may be a payment issue when you placed your order.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you placed an order with us and received the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you with a return and refund. If you received the wrong size, you can return it and place a new order.
What if I didn’t receive my package?
